I've just completed 4 weeks training with my cocker spaniel puppy Mabel and I highly recommend Claire's lessons. They're involving, fun and can be targeted to whatever you want to work on. Claire's friendly, easy-going manner will put both you and your dog at ease and you'll be amazed at what she can achieve in such a short time!

We've come back to Claire at Puppy Fun & Games with our second pup, having had so much fun and valuable training with our first, just 2 years ago,
Once again, every lesson has both entertainment and behavioural improvements (for us all..) and Claire's knowledge and flexibility allowed us to train the dog in front of us each day, which varied from calm to manic and every stage in between but at each lesson we came away feeling we had achieved so much. Our new pup is presenting very different challenges to our last one but it doesn't matter, Claire has all the right tools to help us achieve a well balanced pup once again.
It is very easy to learn with Claire, who's vast knowledge is complemented with her patience and humour - you never feel like you are working or learning, but you certainly are.
We'll be back to see Claire when the pup start adolescence, safe in the knowledge that if we need more help, it will be readily available and that we are in safe hands.

We have completed 12 weeks of lessons, Claire made them fun and interesting, she was happy to listened and advise. We thoroughly enjoyed every session. We will be back in the spring for more training and games.

From the initial conversation, through 12 weeks of fun training, Claire has been fantastic. This isn't the first puppy I have trained but it is definitely the best way we've gone about it, with lots of fun and games (company name gives it away!). Claire is a real natural with the dogs, especially as she tailors her training games to the dogs characters and personalities. The venue is perfect for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Safe and secure indoor and outdoor space. I highly recommend.her and look forward to working with her in the future.

Claire is amazing and works wonders with all puppies. She helped me with training Dougie, my cocker spaniel when he was a young puppy and I’ve just completed another four week top up course with her. She always makes training fun through playing games, her natural enthusiasm and love of dogs.
Claire will give recommendations for harnesses, leads, equipment and feeding. She will do her utmost to help with any type of issue you are dealing with, again turning it around to try and make it fun through play.
Claire follows up weekly sessions with emails detailing what you have done together in training with game cards. This is invaluable as a reminder and reference to go back to.
I cannot recommend Claire highly enough and you are sure to have fun with her one to one sessions!

What a fantastic experience - not just for our spoiled pup but for me. Claire is fantastic, she’s patient and extremely professional. After 4 weeks one crazy hypo pup turned out to be so so much calmer and more intelligent than we thought possible. The facilities are excellent both safe and friendly. We started when we first got our puppy and we are so glad we did – we have managed to teach a range of recall techniques thanks to Claire’s different ideas and games for keeping our puppy engaged. Claire has been super patient with us (and the dog!) and has been instrumental in helping us settle into our new lifestyle. Claire is down to earth and resourceful and we couldn’t recommend enough! The barn is a wonderful place to learn in and the fields are great for helping to put the puppy games into practice.

Having known Claire in a previous life, I always knew her passion was to work with Dogs. So Daisy our puppy Shidoodle and my Daughter Alexandra who is 8 years old were to be her students. Straight away the new bond grew and learning began, within only one lesson we knew this was going to be a great experience For both my daughter and Daisy. They are so excited to go to the lessons and they have both learned so much and always do their homework too. Our follow on sessions are already booked in the diary and we start those soon. I can not recommend the puppy classes enough all dogs should go to these. Claire’s professional and yet relaxed style really hits the mark. Book now. Daisy also knows Claire as the lady with very nice treats!!
