The training is based on concepts and learning through games and play, which at the same time helps you build the valuable relationship between you and your dog. These classes are about people and pups enjoying the sessions and focus on having FUN!
It has been scientifically proven that dogs learn quicker when learning through play!
We train for a fun time, not a long time!

I offer private 1 to 1 lessons which can be tailored to your individual needs and priorities.
Group Classes, at the moment I am only running Puppy Foundation level for puppies 20 weeks and under.
I also run workshops on a periodic basis, these focus on individual struggles such as recall or loose lead walking

1 to 1 Dog Training
I run courses in blocks of 4 lessons, these are held weekly and are run on a 1 to 1 individual basis at a cost of £100.
This means we are totally flexible in our lessons and can tailor them to any particular struggles you are experiencing or goals you would like to work towards.
These private lessons are between 45-60 minutes long, depending on the attention span of your puppy!
The 1 to 1 sessions are also great for those that want the whole family involved in the training, as we can move at your pace.
I offer lessons on week days, evenings and weekends, great for those who work shifts or need to work around school hours. Please email for availability, letting me know your preferred timings.
Puppy Foundation Class
This Puppy Foundation course is for pups under 20 weeks The classes are kept small, 3-4 pups to ensure that everyone still gets individual attention.
The course runs over 4 weeks and each lesson will last approximately 1 hour at a cost of £80.
I will help give you the skills to ensure your puppy -
Is confident and optimistic
Has a great recall
Knows how to be calm and settled when necessary
Is totally focussed on you
That you can enjoy off lead walks with
Recall Workshop
Having an effective and reliable recall is important for your dogs safety.
You will learn fun ways to improve your dog's recall in the safe and secure environment of Wagtails Secure Dog Field.
The class size will be limited to 4 dogs to ensure plenty of personal attention.
This will run for 90 minutes at a cost of £50.
Due to the nature of the workshop, only dogs that are friendly with dogs and people can attend.
Online Learning
These lessons are online and you can work through them at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. You will have lifetime access to the programs so you can re-visit time and time again.

Facilities
We are situated in a safe and secure location and have both indoor and outdoor facilities which means we can be totally flexible on where we hold the class depending on the weather. This also allows us to control the level of distractions during training.
Resources
We provide access to a number of e-books throughout the course which supports the lessons and games that you will be playing! Be prepared for homework too!! The more you play the games with your pup the quicker they will learn, but it is so much fun it doesn't feel like learning.
Availability
We can offer lessons at weekends and on week days, both during the day and evenings, perfect for shift workers or parents with kids at School. Get in touch so we can find a convenient time for you.

About me
My name is Claire and I have been passionate about dogs all of my life and always had a keen interest in dog training. However, my interest deepened when I got a puppy who was different from all the other dogs I had known. This dog was anxious and worried about everything and the whole world was a scary place, which often meant she acted in a negative and defensive manner. I have attended many different courses and come across a variety of different training methods in my journey to find a way to help her, some better than others.

Determined to do the very best for all of my dogs I worked hard to become a Certified ProDog Trainer in 2019 and a ProDog Geek in 2021, I have loved every minute of sharing my knowledge with others ever since.
