Why I Train the Way I Do
My approach is grounded in empathy, because I’ve been there. Living with a sensitive, complicated, reactive, and fearful dog, taught me first-hand how challenging it can be, and that experience continues to shape how I support both dogs and their owners.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when walks become stressful, social situations seem impossible, and training feels like an uphill battle. That experience shaped my approach to training, making me even more committed to positive, force-free, and reward-based methods that help dogs feel safe, confident, and happy.
I offer both small, group classes and bespoke one-to-one training packages tailored to your puppy or dog’s individual needs. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve recall, or simply strengthen your bond, my sessions are designed to be engaging, effective, and stress-free.
Dogs learn best through games and play, and my training is backed by science, helping your pup develop essential skills while having a great time. I’ve trained with COAPE, Dog Training College, Canine Principles, Spirit Dog Training, and more, ensuring I bring the best techniques to every session.
But learning never stops for me! I’m always expanding my knowledge, keeping up with the latest research, and refining my methods to ensure I provide the best possible training experience. My passion for dog training grew from seeing the incredible transformations that happen when dogs and their owners truly understand each other. Helping dogs thrive and seeing owners gain confidence in their training is what drives me every day.
Let’s make training fun and rewarding, for you and your dog!
